Eric smiled to himself as he worked, and Ben hummed as he stirred his pot of gravy. The steamed vegetables were almost done, and each steak had been thickly battered and fried. Strong arms slipped around Eric’s waist, sending shivers rippling through his body.

“You’re so fuckin’ hot when you cook,” Ben growled.

Eric laughed, then turned and kissed Ben on the cheek. “And you’re so bad when you’re horny,” he retorted.

“I can’t lie. I want you right now,” Ben said with no guile. “Wanna put your back on our kitchen table and fuck you until you see stars.”

Had Ben not been holding him up, Eric would have keeled over. They had done exactly that at least once before when the dads had driven out to New Mexico with a truckload of gold. But duty first. That’s all Eric could say to himself to stave off his fiancé’s advances. “You can have me after dinner, okay, B? Let’s get through dinner, then you and I can stay up all night long trying to keep each other awake.”

Ben nosed the shell of Eric’s ear then pressed a kiss to the top of his head. “I’m gonna hold you to it,” he said.

“I know, baby,” Eric said. He shrugged inwardly and gave up the struggle between duty and pleasure. “Because really, I just want to say ‘fuck it’ to dinner, pull all our clothes off, climb you, and fuck myself on your thick cock.”

Ben’s mouth fell open. About that same time, both of them heard a slapping sound. When they turned, they saw Jake midstride on his way up the staircase with his hand on his forehead.

“Uh, don’t mind me, you two,” Jake said, trying foolishly to hide his eyes from the boys’ sight. “You, ah… You keep on keepin’ on.”

Ben doubled over laughing as his father power-climbed the stairs three steps at a time. “Keep on keep—” Ben’s amusement turned into surprise when Eric sprang up, wrapping his arms around the taller man’s neck. Clean hands went into Ben’s hair as Eric attacked his mouth, and Ben’s arms snaked around Eric, and he knew that this, this was the thing he liked best.

“Open up the oven, B. No, don’t turn on the heat,” Eric commanded. Ben dutifully obeyed. “Now plate the steaks, pop ’em in the oven. Put the gravy and veggies on the bottom shelf.”

Ben hastened to obey. With one hand, he did everything Eric requested.

Eric pulled himself closer to Ben’s ear. “Now take me to our room, Ben. Make me see stars. Right now.”

Eric bit back a laugh when he actually heard Ben gulp. Ben nodded frantically and carried Eric, one hand around his back, the other under his ass, into their bedroom.

“Text your dad, Ben. We’re gonna need about half an hour,” Eric said.

Ben lowered his lover to the bed and snatched up his phone. As he typed out the message, he cursed himself for his stumbling thumbs as Eric engaged in a naughty strip show.

“Shit!” Ben cried. “Send, damn it!”

Eric turned and shimmied out of his jeans.
